Creating conversions with Skin+Me

Skin+Me’s main focus was conversions. The aim of this campaign was to encourage 8Citizens to take the free consultation and sign up to a free month of a personalised treatment. For Skin+Me, changing the face of skincare isn’t just about giving people access to the most effective treatments, it’s also about challenging the current sustainability standards across the industry and doing better – for their customers, their skin and the planet too. So, on WeAre8, we helped drive game-changing conversions and provided people with personalised treatments, all while giving back to people and the planet.

The solution

Skin+Me and WeAre8 worked together to come up with a full funnel approach. Running one asset at 'Top of Funnel', with a set of 3 questions; for example, ‘Are you interested in a free consultation to find a personalised skincare routine?’. Alongside this, a 'Middle of Funnel' campaign was run with a different asset, retargeting those who answered that they would be interested in a free consultation. We used different questions on each asset, constantly optimising to ensure the best results possible.
