Terms and Conditions for the WeAre8 x Crystal Palace Promotion (“the Promotion”):
‍1.       The Promotion is valid from 00:01 on 22nd February 2023 to 00:01 on 01 March 2023 or until 20,000 users have downloaded the app using the promotional link and created a profile on the WeAre8 app (“the App”), whichever occurs first.

2.       The Promotion is limited to one payment per user, per account. Users are not permitted to create multiple accounts.

3.       For every user that downloads the App using the promotional link and creates a profile on the app, 50p will be credited to their app wallet and a donation of 50p will be made to Palace for Life Foundation, up to a maximum of 20,000 users.

4.       The promotional link must be used to download the "WeAre8" app and a profile must be created for the credit and donation to apply.

5.       The Promotion is subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

6.       WeAre8 reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any user who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.

7.       By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by WeAre8, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

8.       These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.       Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with WeAre8's privacy policy.

10.   These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and WeAre8 in relation to the Promotion.
